Keep meetingtogether.

3 of 12 coming

Hilltop keeps your church's groups in one place: what's on this week, who's coming, the group chat and prayer requests.

Coming soon to the App Store Have an invite code?

Your group's whole week, in one app.

Your week on one screen.

The next gathering sits on top, with who's coming and a one-tap Going. Under it, only what needs you: a reminder from your leader, a birthday, a vote.

Every group, one calendar.

Small group on Thursday, prayer night on Saturday, the retreat next month. When plans change, the change shows right on the event.

Each group has a home.

Announcements, polls, sign-up sheets and links live on the group's page. Leaders post, and everyone can answer.

Pray for each other by name.

Share a request with the whole group, only the leaders, or just yourself. Tap I prayed, so they know someone did.

Keep talking between Thursdays.

A chat for every group, plus messages with the people in it. Polls and sign-up sheets post right into the conversation.

Hilltop's Home screen: Small Group Night tonight at 7, 3 of 4 coming, and a To do list

Start a group in a minute.

No setup meetings and no spreadsheets. A leader starts the group, and everyone else joins with its code.

  1. A leader starts the group

Name it, pick its colour and its usual meeting time.

  2. They share the code

Six letters and numbers, an invite link or a QR code at the next meeting.

  3. Everyone's in one place

Events, the group chat and prayer requests, every week.

Open groups let anyone with the code in right away. Closed groups, the default, ask a leader first.

For leaders: know who's coming.

Leading a group shouldn't mean chasing replies. Hilltop keeps track, so you can spend the week on the people.

  • See who hasn't answered yet, and remind them in one tap.
  • Notes like “Running 10 minutes late” show right on the event.
  • Plans changed? Say what changed, and everyone sees it on the event.
  • Approve people who ask to join, and post polls, sign-up sheets and announcements.
An event as its leader sees it: moved to Room 204, 3 of 4 coming, and Michael's note that he's bringing dessert

A green ridge rising into low cloud

“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another.”
